tofu (bean curd) :1/2block

wakame seaweed :a little

miso (soybean paste) :4tbs

cooking method:

Cut tofu into small cubes. Cut age into strips. Cut wakame seaweed into
bite-size pieces. poteto, spinach, carrot should be also small size.

Heat water add (#1), boil lightly, blend in dissolved miso. Bring to a
boil and turn off heat right away.

Serve in individual serving bowls.
