Misoshiru
(Miso Soup)


ingredients for 4 servings:
  • tofu (bean curd) :1/2block
  • age (deep-fried tofu) :1/2sheet
  • wakame seaweed :a little
  • miso (soybean paste) :4tbs
  • with our miso, you do not need to use dashi
  • potato, spinach, onion are also good in Miso soup
cooking method:
  1. Cut tofu into small cubes. Cut age into strips. Cut wakame seaweed into bite-size pieces. poteto, spinach, carrot should be also small size.
  2. Heat water add (#1), boil lightly, blend in dissolved miso. Bring to a boil and turn off heat right away.
  3. Serve in individual serving bowls.
