ingredients for 10 servings:

tofu :2block (firm)

banana :1(large)

semi-sweet, dark chocolate chips :12oz

vanilla :1tsp
cooking method:

Melt chocolate chips in microwave oven with 2tbs of water.

Thoroughly blend tofu in a blender or a food processor. Add melted chocolate
and vanilla to the tofu and blend at speed for 2 min.

Slice banana and layer with chocolate mixture in either pudding cups or
graham cracker pie crust.

Refrigerate 1-2h. Garnish with remaining banana slices and almond slices
if desired.
