Yaki-meshi
(Fried Rice)


ingredients for 4 servings:
  • sliced ham :3 (cut into strips)
  • green onion :2 (chopped)
  • ginger :1block (finely chopped)
  • vegetable oil :1tbs
  • sesame oil :1tbs
  • (A)eggs :3 + clear DASHI SAUCE :1tsp + sugar :1/2tsp + pepper :a little
  • clear DASHI SAUCE :2tbs
  • pepper :a little
  • cooked rice
cooking method:
  1. mix (A)eggs, clear DASHI SAUCE, sugar, and pepper until blended.
  2. Heat skillet, add sesame oil, and make scrambled eggs with (#1). take them out.
  3. Heat the skillet and add vegetable oil.
  4. Stir in chopped green onion and ginger; add eggs(#2), coocked rice, and ham until crisp and hot.
  5. Mix with 2tbs of clear DASHI SAUCE and a little pepper.
