(A)eggs :3 + clear DASHI SAUCE :1tsp + sugar :1/2tsp + pepper :a little

cooking method:

mix (A)eggs, clear DASHI SAUCE, sugar, and pepper until blended.

Heat skillet, add sesame oil, and make scrambled eggs with (#1). take them
out.

Heat the skillet and add vegetable oil.

Stir in chopped green onion and ginger; add eggs(#2), coocked rice, and
ham until crisp and hot.

Mix with 2tbs of clear DASHI SAUCE and a little pepper.
